Are you new?

His dislike at the assembly ball was based the prejudice that people not of his wealth and consequence were not interesting or worth attention. By Chapter 6 he has discovered that is not true. A lady not socially his equal is interesting and worth attention. At this point in Chapter 6, Darcy has had no thoughts of Lizzy aside from getting to know her through conservation and dancing with her. In Chapter 6 it does not appear that he is at odds with his reason. What does he say or do to make you think so? Have I missed something? ;D
