Question about Longbourne village   Written by Lia (4/29/2007 5:30 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Estates vs Villages, penned by Eaffie
Are you new?

In Chapter Three the family returns after the ball to "Longbourne, the village where they lived, and of which they were the principal inhabitants." Does this mean there are very few people there, or that they are the only gentility? (Or something else?)
