...you are right. Although, as they play no part in the story, she might have chosen not to mention them at all. There really is no evidence one way or the other. It is all speculation. When Bingley introduces Mrs. Hurst as the eldest, it could just be that she is the eldest of the three of them, or it could be that there are three or more sisters, of whom she is the eldest. It is true that JA is silent about any other possible sisters.
