"Is Miss Darcy much grown since the spring?" said Miss Bingley; "will she be as tall as I am?"

I find this line so funny. Caroline Bingley is both emphasizing that, being tall, she is physically suitable for Darcy, and probably also trying to show Lizzy that she is close enough to the Darcys to speak on such intimate terms about Georgiana.

Poor Caroline, in answering her question, Darcy includes Lizzy in his answer!
This leads me into another speculation- Mrs. Hurst must then be either shorter than Lizzy, or taller. Not that it matters, but...
