Smiles   Written by Vanessa M (1/11/2004 10:24 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Lizzy and Jane, penned by Hannah M
Are you new?

Do you think that they really thought Jane smiled too much, or were only saying so because Darcy had said it?

Darcy tells Bingley when he pesters him about not dancing to return to his partner and enjoy her smiles, so imo Jane did smile a lot. The Bingley sisters, however, would think it was a ploy to attract a mate, but imo Jane's smiles were genuine, and a reflection of her personality.
