Miss Bingley v Lizzie   Written by DeborahAnn (1/14/2004 8:15 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Poetry as the food of love, penned by Julianne E.
Are you new?

Could it be that Darcy has become bored with the type of conversations/questions that Caroline Bingley is always coming up with? The way she is always trying to please Darcy by never finding fault or contradicting anything he says.

Lizzie's showing that she is not intimadated by Darcy and not afraid to "push the envelope" in discussions with him. Darcy is finding her a refreshing change.

When Caroline and Lizzie took the turn around the room--it did show the differences between them to Darcy. Rather than working in Caroline's favor had she had hoped--it actually worked against her?
