Mine says the same as yours. I am using a Penguin Classics edited by Vivien Jones, published 1996.

In it she says that this issue is based on the text of the First Edition and that obvious typographcial errors and errors of grammar and punctuation have been corrected but no attempt was made to modernize the text.
