First, I want to say, I don't know who came up with the idea of a separate board for the GR but it was an excellent idea. It was great to have a board all to ourselves for the group read while the regular P&P board remained available for others to carry on with discussions unrelated to the GR. I hope it will become standard for GRs of JA novels. :-)

Kathleen and Julie, I want to thank you again for having us. Both of you are gems. You have been patient, gracious and generous. Your time and effort in providing links, references, "tours" and information as a result of your research has been, to say the least, phenomenal. Much appreciated.

I am amazed that this is the first GR for so many fellow readers. The quality and depth of the posts were all so first-rate, you could have fooled me. I am most grateful for the respect everyone showed each other even when there was disagreement. I did not get to post as much as I have in some of the past GRs but it has definitely been a pleasure. Thanks to everyone. :-)
