Domestic routines.   Written by Mandy N (2/21/2004 2:29 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, The Bennet marriage, penned by Line
Are you new?

Of course Mr Bennet wouldn't know what to do with a sensible wife after twenty-three years. No-one to vent his form of sarcastic humour on or to tease. With the change in the Bennet household of 3 daughters married, Mr Bennet is not the type of person to change either. He'll remain much of his time isolated in the library, while his wife goes visiting to brag about Jane and Lizzy, especially to Lady Lucas. My impression is the routines of this society change little.
