...I can't completely agree. :-) In fact, when I read this passage for this week's chapters, that image of Lizzy and Darcy walking together in P&P2 leapt into my mind:

They walked on, without knowing in what direction. There was too much to be thought, and felt, and said, for attention to any other objects.

To me, the image I get from the book and the one from the film go together fairly well. Not perfectly, but well enough.
