The novel doesn't say. I don't know why JA didn't give them first names. As a married couple they addressed themselves formally in company and since we don't see any intimate moments...;)

I'm not sure what names would suit the couple, but usually the eldest daughter bore the same name as the mother. Mrs. Bennet doesn't sound like a 'Jane,' does she? She could be, regardless. =)
