] I must say, I like JA's Bingley much better than AD's.

JA has Bingley hearing a chance recommendation of Netherfield (in London, presumably?), and riding to Meryton in a chaise and four (not on horseback) to see the place. He had been thinking of buying an estate, but he was pleased enough with Netherfield to agree to a lease almost immediately. He did not wait to ask Darcy for advice. It is nice to see him as decisive in this matter.
