] As for the vanity point, I disagree - I dont see it as a motive for love. Vanity was the motive for her attraction to Wickham but not with Darcy.

I agree with you here. She is not unaware of the compliment of his feelings for her, but it does not seem to be a factor in her thoughts about whether she returns those feelings.

] I see her as actually humbled by him. She has lost her self-importance - she no longer thinks herself good enough for anyone - instead she is grateful for his love.

While she did feel humbled by her mistakes, she has learned from them. While it must have been somewhat humbling to face Darcy again, I cannot believe that she has lost all self confidence and self-respect to the point where she "no longer thinks herself good enough for anyone." That just isn't Lizzy. (However, we have to wait until after Feb. 15 for definitive evidence.)
