I agree with you that Elizabeth is now more mature, she has seen how partial and prejudiced she has been with respect to Wickham story. But Mr. Darcy is still the principal means of dividing Jane and Bingley, and Elizabeth has been too quick to shift the blame to the folly and indecorum of her own family. So how much of these new feelings comes from her being pleased with Mr. Darcy's preference, i.e. her vanity?
