I think that Darcy's comment in Netherfield "But it (family and low connections) must materially lessen their chance of marrying men of any consideration in the world" can also be applied to Miss Bingley as well as the Bennet sisters. Mrs. Hurst may have married a gentleman, but there's no estate, fortune or even personal merit in Mr. Hurst.
