It is even possible, considering the way Charlotte distances Mr Collins from herself Lizzy might reveal parts of the story to her, knowing her to be discreet person. But I doubt she would want to tell of Darcy's proposal as Charlotte makes little, well meaning jokes to Lizzy about Darcy being in love with her. And that's a catch! For to tell Charlotte of Darcy's revelations, begins with the proposal. If she left it out, well, Charlotte is shrewd and likely to guess.
