In P&P2 there are some differenses in content that I canīt see the need for. AD makes Wickham fatherless (and does not mention his mother at all), but JA says his father died soon after Darcy sr. AD also skipped the part of the prior acquantaince between Wickham and mrs Younge, it wouldnīt take long to add those words as he used the rest of the sentence. I think those things give the story another angle in P&P2 than in the novel. Any thoughts?
