As with noticing 'embroidery issues' one of the things that has struck me so far is the amazing anount of repartee between Darcy and Elizabeth in the early part of the novel. I'd completely forgotten this as P&P2 has had my attention for so long. I'm also struck by Darcy's early admiration for Elizabeth, something I don't think is so obvious in P&P2. it's so great to reread P&P with such focus and after such a long time.
