]I don't understand the phrase "in all this state"; could someone translate this into 21st-century language?

I am guessing it means 'with such deliberation'. I can imagine Darcy walking towards the Pianoforte with his usual stateliness, obviously staring at her..."Wow!"

]If Bingley is leasing Netherfield Park ("Netherfield Park is let at last"), it seems odd to me that he needs a purchase offer, not just another tenant, before he can quit the lease.

I understand this to mean that Bingley would give up Netherfield as soon as he finds a good estate he can buy.

]But she stayed away on other occasions, seemingly without objection.

Perhaps she was pointedly included in this invitation, while the earlier occasions were 'regular' visits for the Collins'.
