instructing the jury   Written by Diane Margaret (1/30/2004 3:01 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, sustained, penned by Vania
Are you new?

]It's not pure speculation at all. Lizzy did say that Charlotte was kept out of doors in all that wind.

That Charlotte was kept outdoors in the wind was never under dispute and was not the speculaltion referred to. The sentence I responded to read;

]]]Anne was the rude one for keeping Charlotte out of doors in the wind.

Yes Lizzy did say that Charlotte was kept out of doors in the wind but where is Lizzy's evidence for concluding that it was Anne's fault for prolonging the interview, which is what her complaint is? Simply repeating hearsay is heresy in court. :-) Even Lizzy in the dining room with her keen auditory skills was in no position to overhear what was being said this time. Haven't you ever tried to get off the phone politely with a friend who just will not say goodbye?
