It's only in P&P2 that Elizabeth says that "only the very deepest love" would induce her to marry, not in the novel. She obviously finds the colonel attractive and enjoys his company, and he likes her back. At this stage in her life, if he were to propose, I think she would at least give the idea some serious consideration!
