Speaking of which, what was Cheapside like? Written by Allison Jo (1/28/2004 1:15 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, I know it can appear rude, penned by JulieW

I don't get much of an idea from the mini-series. Was it a creepy, seedy area a la a Dickens novel (I can't imagine the Gardiners living there if so) or was it just not fashionable enough for the Darcys and Bingleys?
