Very considerate--and she wants everyone to know! :-)   Written by Diana (1/11/2004 7:22 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, The Considerate Mrs. Bennet, penned by Nasima
Are you new?

] "At our time of life it is not so pleasant, I can tell you, to be making new acquaintance every day; but for your sakes, we would do any thing."

This leads us to another thing, to how considerate is she to devote her life to the best for her daughters (in her opinion of course).

I had to laugh when she says that she does not like making new acquaintances, since at the end of Chapter 1 it says that her solace in life was visiting and news. I would think that Mrs. B. would enjoy meeting new people and perhaps hearing new gossip. But of course, she wants to impress her daughters with how much her nerves have to put up with in order to get them married off. :-)
