From Chapter 30:
Lady Catherine, who talked of his coming with the greatest satisfaction, spoke of him in terms of the highest admiration, and seemed almost angry to find that he had already been frequently seen by Miss Lucas and herself. [emphasis mine]
It appears that Lady C really didn't like to share her relatives with people such as Charlotte and Elizabeth. I don't think she would written/told Darcy that Elizabeth would be visiting Charlotte.
