] There was a sence of the visit being a earlier visit than usual.

I don't remember that. Do you have a citation for this sense? Certainly, Darcy's & Fitzwilliam's visit was already known about when Elizabeth, Sir William and Maria arrived at Hunsford, but I had no sense of that being earlier than usual.

Also, even if Charlotte (and Mr Collins) told Lady C about their expected company, I just don't see Lady C as writing to her nephews about the matter. Why would she think either of them would care?

It's certainly a possibility, I suppose, but I see nothing in the novel to support it.
