I don't think Lizzy is anywhere near loving Wickham. Certainly her feelings for Charlotte were much stronger than any emotion -- attraction and fellow-enemy of Darcy -- she felt for Wickham.

IMHO, Lizzy is horrified by Charlotte's decision ONLY because she knows Mr. Collins. Had Charlotte sought a secure life with a sensible and kind man whom she did not love, I don't think Lizzy would have reacted at all in the way she did.
