When Elizabeth is angry at Darcy, it is because he insulted her by saying that he fell for her even though he didn't want to -- he dwelt on his feelings of her inferiority.

What Elizabeth promises her aunt is not to be in a hurry. If she had fallen in love with Wickham, I don't think it would not have been against her character or will at all, though it might have been against her reason. And she would never have told a man she loved that she would marry him even though it would be a degradation to do so.
