She not only predicts the weather, it almost sounds as though she makes it happen: " The party then gathered round the fire to hear Lady Catherine determine what weather they were to have on the morrow."

Her Ladyship is also able to guess Elizabeth's age exactly. Sounds almost magical to me. :-)
