I don't think Elizabeth was disrespectful in thinking "..that it would be wisest to get it over as soon as as quietly as possible, she sat down again, and tried to conceal..." Uncomfortable as she was, she did obey to listen.

Of course, Lizzy did not obey her mother's wish to marry Mr. Collins (ick!) and though Mrs. Bennet "talked to Elizabeth again and again; coaxed and threatened her by turns" the daughter replied with "real earnestness and sometimes with playful gaiety." Lizzy wasn't disrespectful IMHO. She was determined not to marry Mr. Collins, but she wasn't rude to her mother.
