After reading JulieW's message, I am reposting this with my full question, now that I know I am correct in posting it here and not L&T.

What are Mrs. Hurst, Miss Bingley and Jane eating when Jane falls ill at the table? What are those foods in front of them? Is that shrimp and lobster? I don't quite believe my own eyes, never having noticed before. Did people eat seafood in that fashion during the Regency era?
