Lottery Tickets and fish   Written by JulieW (1/21/2004 12:17 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Two questions, penned by Allison Jo
Are you new?

Lottery tickets was a simple gambling game.Simple enough for Lydia to understand.

"Fish"were used as gaming counters, instead of money beign thrown all over the place. They were made from either bone or mother of pearl( I own some made from mother of pearl ).They are quite small-approx. one inch or so in length -and quite thin.
