fighting feelings   Written by Kathi (1/20/2004 12:59 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Strike first - love later, penned by Jeanine

] I agree! Darcy and Lizzy fight their own feelings for each other - though I think in the long run, even though misguided, Darcy was more honest with himself than Lizzy was.

What evidence do you have that Lizzy is fighting her feelings for Darcy or being dishonest with herself at this point in the book? She seems to me to be pretty comfortable with her feelings -- she doesn't like Darcy, and she considers that she has good reason not to like him.
