There is nothing in the text that Bingley asked for Darcy's opinion, if B had, surely D would have mentioned it as a further excuse for his meddling. But what D said was --
"He [Bingley] left Netherfield for London ... with the design of soon returning ...... His sisters' uneasiness had been equally excited with my own; our coincidence of feeling was soon discovered, and, alike sensible that no time was to be lost in detaching their brother, we shortly resolved on joining him directly in London. We accordingly went -- and there I readily engaged in the office of pointing out to my friend the certain evils of such a choice."
Bingley did not ask for D's opinion, but D readily engaged in earnestly detaching B from J.
