No, it's likely that Lady Lucas's not having as many servants as the Bennets is more to do with her being very prudent and economical, rather than a lack of money. Servants were cheap. But the Lucases are not as well off as the Bennets. Sir W retired iwth only a "tolerable fortune" and Charl seems ot have no fortune mentioned on her marraige.. and there are othter girls and sons to be provided for. So it is likely that Sir W's fortune is far from large and she can't hope for mcuch whene he dies.
