If Wickham knew, then Darcy must also have known Lady Catherine had plans for him to marry Anne. This would indicate it hardly being a secret? It seems obvious Darcy hasn't mentioned or discussed this with the Bingleys, so maybe he's quietly rejecting the idea or surely he'd spend quite a lot of time at Rosings? Mind you, the prospects of having Lady C for a mother-in-law can't be very enticing. There's also his rather intruiging growing interest in Lizzie to raise questions. Anne de Bourgh seems pale in more then just her countenance and a rather strange mate for the strong-willed Darcy. If an engagement is actually in place, what would be the cost of breaking such an arrangement? Would an engaged man be free to dance with young ladies he'd just become aquainted with at balls and assemblies as he has been doing? Intruiging...
