But at the assembly ball, we know that Mr Bingley danced with her, she was even the only girl with whom she danced except the Bennets and the Lucases. And I don't think she was then considered rich : she was living with her grandfather who was very reasonably well-off (if he divided his inheritance equally between her and her uncle from Liverpool, who may even be not a son of this grandfather's, he owned 20.000£ that made him twice less rich than Mr Bennet for instance), and she may be the heiress of no penny from him. Only after his death, she takes a social importance.
So, as Mr Bingley seemed to like beauty, I would state that she was rather pretty, though freckled.
