in consequence of the missive, At least, penned by amytat
but the only specific ones we "hear" about are Elizabeth & Jane Bennet? I could imagine the Netherfield party discussing Sir William & Lady Lucas (assuming they were both present) and Charlotte, for example, even though the narrator doesn't give us particulars. We don't know which gentlemen Mrs Hurst & Miss Bingley danced with, and I imagine these men were discussed by the sisters, although not necessarily by Mr Darcy. :-)
Who, besides the Bennets and the Netherfield party, was at the Assembly? We know the women listed by Mrs Bennet as Bingley's partners for the first five sets: Charlotte & Maria Lucas, and Miss King. In addition, Mrs Long is mentioned as well as Mr Robinson. Anybody else named? We get very little information about who attended, and apparently even less about who was discussed at Netherfield.
