Thank you for the links Rachel G, and the excellent inforamtion on fashions and the appropriate undergarments! I loved looking at the Regency Fashion Plates - it's a little like window shopping!

But I must say, I think I prefer the "upright" poses to the slouching that seemed to be in style. To be honest, after looking at the first few, I started to think they must all be very uncomfortable after awhile!
