I think it is credible   Written by Ramya (10/27/2011 9:34 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Benwick and Louisa, penned by Nikki N
Are you new?

Benwick's air of mourning did seem a bit overblown in Lyme. For a person suffering from heartbreak, he did cling to their group till the end moment.

As for Louisa, cracking her head may have cured her of her infatuation with CW. She must have realized that she wouldn't have been so stubborn if she hadn't been trying to please him. Added to that, CW refused to come inside her room and see her the fortnight he remained at Lyme after the accident, and went away soon after. His excuse was that he didn't want to overexcite her, but it was definitely a hint.

Benwick, with his soulful, romantic air was there at the right time and in the right place He probably read a lot of poetry to her in the sick-chamber. After all, poetry is the food of love, as long as the parties concerned don't write it themselves. ;-)
