LR could do about it. It was not as though Elizabeth or Sir Walter would listen to her advise on anything, anyway.

However, she takes Anne with her to some of her engagements, and conveys her to Mrs. Smith's dwelling when needed. So, gives Anne practical help and companionship, as she always has.
