I really like the Musgroves, though they aren't depicted as the brightest of people. They're so full of affection for everyone, and being around them must be a great relief to Anne. They remind me of my in-laws, who always have young people coming over to stay and are always willing to lend a hand. I especially like the description of the house at Christmas-it seems so lively and cheerful!
