Hedgegrows in the south and rock fences in the north...   Written by jeffrey (10/14/2011 5:39 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Hedgerows, penned by Cheryl
Are you new?

On our England visit near Jane Austen's home territory, everything grew so lush and so fast. We saw maintenance crews trimming some of the hedgegrows with enormous VERTICAL trimming machines to keep the vegetation from creeping over onto these narrow little country roads. Fascinating. One could almost visualize the walk in the country 200 years ago. My wife and I took strolls on these lanes with hedgegrows near our B&B and it was just so peaceful and rural. Who would not love it? Thanks for featuring this....
