Indeed, I don't even begin to doubt that we're still in Anne's consciousness until the second paragraph after you dismiss her altogether; the only reason I can't assign that one to her is the sudden insertion of Frederick's opinion of women he had met, which doesn't seem to fit into Anne's modest opinion of herself.
