I dont think that Austen would mean Anne's resignation nad willingness to make the best of things as a weakness or a fault, I agree that she is very good and yes, "pictures of perfection" make ME sick and wicked as well, but I find her genuinely good and she does NOT irritate me...

I honestly can't see any real faults in her... but I still find her likable.
