Anne's sorrow

I feel that the entire Chapter 4 supports Virginia Woolf's assertion that Austen is "the most perfect artist among women" ("The Common Reader"). Austen's pen is so delicate in depicting Anne and Frederick's growing love, and so poignant in treating Anne's sorrow after its end! I think that the art of writing reaches here its most perfect accomplishment : )
