|My thought's on Anne's dislike of Bath...

I agree with you that Anne dislikes Bath because she can not associate it with happy times in her life plus I think she prefers Kellynch and Uppercross. After all ...this is the country and she does have affection for the Musgroves as well as the Musgrove's having affection for her (more so Anne than Mary).
Here, Anne is with family that loves her. What does she have in Bath but a pompous spend thrift of a father (who doesn't display any love towards her) and a pompous, spoiled sister Elizabeth (who finds Anne to be an inconvenience in her life!)
This is of course all in my humble opinion. And as you all may well know, I do tend to overthink these things!
