Who's Irish? Written by CarolTS (11/1/2008 2:19 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, But could he indeed be Irish?, penned by Elbè

Who is the "he" in your subject line? Wentworth or the Irish officer that Mrs. Smith was talking about? I don't think there's any indication about Wentworth being Irish. It hasn't been mentioned about him or anyone else in his family all this time.
