I agree with Rae - I don't think either Frederick or Anne has any desire to live there - they would want somewhere new - somewhere that they can make their own.

And yes, I do think that the writers of P3 probably used that same inference. My question, though, is why would the Admiral do that? It's not going to be Frederick's home - wouldn't it be better if he goes out and gets his own now? He'll be kicked out of Kellynch once Sir Walter dies and Sir William takes over. I just don't see the impetus to make over the lease for Frederick and Anne.
