Are you new?

I was wondering how an "ordinary" man could possess an estate so far from home. I didnīt think of the option that his ancestors could have been occupied with trade (sugar trade - thatīs interesting, indeed). There is still so much to discover - thank you, Julie for your great information! Oh, if I only had more time - I would spend it reading, reading and reading!!!
