I dont think   Written by Patricia P (10/30/2008 2:41 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Ch. 15: Anne’s positive impression of CW’s manners, penned by Kathryn Ann
Are you new?

we today have a complete grasp of what was meant by "manners" It would not be just what anyone said or how they acted..it would be the whole turnout so to speak. The way they dressed, walked, talked, sat down, got up, who they spoke to, and when, and for how long, the tone of voice, carriage...it goes on and on. CW had all this polish and more. To be able to move gracefully through society and offend no one and impress everyone-that is perfect manners. He had that and a captivating eager ernestness..mercy me.
